Electronic Posting of Notice of Intended Award. ‌ The Department shall electronically post a Notice of Intended Award on the VBS for review by interested parties at the time and location specified in the Timeline of Events. The Notice of Intended Award shall remain posted for a period of 72 hours, not including weekends or State observed holidays. If the Notice of Intended Award is delayed, in lieu of posting the Notice of Intended Award the Department may post a notice of delay and a revised date for posting the Notice of Intended Award.
