Electronic Locations Clause Samples
The 'Electronic Locations' clause defines how and where electronic documents, records, or communications related to the agreement will be stored, accessed, or delivered. Typically, this clause specifies the designated online platforms, email addresses, or cloud storage services that parties must use for official correspondence or document exchange. By clearly identifying the accepted electronic locations, the clause ensures that all parties know where to find important information and helps prevent disputes over whether a document was properly delivered or received.

After the date hereof, Electronic Terminals in Stores shall be substantially similar to those used by Zale on the date hereof or shall be of a type customarily used by retailers or of such other type as shall be reasonably acceptable to Bank. Zale agrees to adequately maintain its Electronic Terminals.
