Electronic Notices definition

Electronic Notices has the meaning set out in rule 11.8.
Electronic Notices. We may send Notifications to the e-mail address or phone number that you designate, post Notifications on our website, or post Notifications on our Online Banking service, with appropriate notices to you as permitted by applicable law. We will treat any notices that we send to you electronically as if it were being sent by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, and will consider any such notices received within three (3) business days of the date sent by us, even if you do not receive the email or text message or access the Bank's website or Online Banking services during that time.

Examples of Electronic Notices in a sentence

  • Electronic Notices shall be effective when presented to the Borrower, or is sent to the Borrower’s electronic address or is posted to the Bank’s website.

  • Electronic Notice shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 13 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.

  • Electronic Communication Network means the transmission line connecting the data transmission place and the data receiving place.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Content of an electronic communication means information concerning the substance or meaning of the communication which:

  • Electronic Reports means any reports prepared by the Custodian and remitted to the Fund or its authorized representative via the internet or electronic mail.

  • NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS All communications from you should be addressed to us at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.
