Electronic Delivery of Trade and Account Information; Notice. All communications, notices, legal disclosures, and other materials related to My Account or this Agreement, including account statements, trade confirmations, margin calls, notices, disclosures, regulatory communications and other information, documents, data and records regarding My Account (the "Communications"), or an alert that any such Communication has been posted to the secure section of the Website or the App, and is available for viewing, may be sent to Me at the mailing address for My Account or the e-mail address that I have given to Robinhood in My account application or at such other address as I may hereafter give Robinhood in writing or by e-mail at least ten (10) calendar days prior to delivery, and all communications so sent, whether in writing or otherwise, shall be deemed given to Me personally, whether actually received or not.
