Common use of Electronic Delivery and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Electronic Delivery and Acceptance. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the RSU Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the RSU Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

Electronic Delivery and Acceptance. The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current RSUs awarded under the Plan or future participation RSUs that may be awarded under the Plan by electronic means or request the Employee’s consent to participate in the RSU Plan by electronic means. The Participant By accepting this RSU award, the Employee hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the RSU Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a another third party designated by the Company.
