ELECTRONIC DATABASE. 48.1 The Authority (and/or any other person or organisation which the Authority may from time to time appoint) may operate an electronic database of persons who could be or may have been Temporary work-seekers or Work-seekers whom the Authority, Contracting Bodies or suppliers of the Services adjudge should not carry out the Services under this Framework for reasons including but not limited to information provided under a confidential reference or following poor reports respectively of such persons’ performance of the Services or services similar to the Services.
