Electronic Approvals. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Work Letter, Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Work Letter via electronic mail to Tenant’s representative identified in Section 5.1 of this Work Letter, or by any of the other means identified in Section 29.18 of this Lease.
Electronic Approvals. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Work Letter, either party may transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Work Letter via electronic mail to the other party’s representative identified in Section 6.2 or 6.3, as the case may be, of this Work Letter, or by any of the other means identified in the Lease for delivery of notices.
Electronic Approvals. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Lease or this Alterations Agreement, Landlord may, in Landlord's sole and absolute discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Alterations Agreement via electronic mail to Tenant's representative identified in Section 2.6 of this Alterations Agreement, or by any of the other means identified in Section 29.18 of this Lease.
Electronic Approvals. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Plaza Lease or this Work Letter, FLUC may, in FLUC's sole and absolute discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any of the approvals required under this Work Letter via electronic mail to Tenant's representative identified in Section 5.1 of this Work Letter, or by any of the other means identified in the Plaza Lease.

Similarly, Tenant and Landlord each may, in their sole discretion, transmit or otherwise deliver any notice or other communications required or desired under this Tenant Work Letter via electronic email to the other party's representative identified in this Tenant Work Letter, or by any other means identified in Article 28 of the Lease.
