Common use of ELECTRODES Clause in Contracts

ELECTRODES. The Refinery as above specified shall be delivered with Electrodes sufficient for a one month use. All additional electrodes have to be purchased by Buyer and/or user of the Refinery. During the construction of the Refinery, Manufacturer shall assist Buyer in the selection of its preferred supplier of electrodes. Any manufacturing of the electrodes must receive the written approval by Manufacturer, not only in dimensions and tolerances, but also in material specifications. The use of electrodes not authorized by Manufacturer implies the automatic termination of all warranties because of expected malfunction as well as potential serious damage to the MagneGas Technology. Spare parts for anticipated two years of use will be included such as filters, seals and other minor components.
