ELECTRODES. Iomed shall, within forty-five (45) days of the date of this Agreement, deliver to Fourxxxx **** electrodes identical to the electrodes used to perform the human fentanyl blood level study referenced in Section 4.05 hereof, together with the control analysis data and the batch manufacturing report with respect thereto. It is understood and agreed by the Parties that Fourxxxx xxxll pay to Iomed, and Iomed shall accept from Fourxxxx, xxr such electrodes a sum equal to ****, which sum represents ****, and that, except for such sum, Fourxxxx xxxll not be required to make any other payment whatsoever for or in connection with such electrodes, data or report.

ELECTRODES. The Refinery as above specified shall be delivered with Electrodes sufficient for a one month use. All additional electrodes have to be purchased by Buyer and/or user of the Refinery. During the construction of the Refinery, Manufacturer shall assist Buyer in the selection of its preferred supplier of electrodes. Any manufacturing of the electrodes must receive the written approval by Manufacturer, not only in dimensions and tolerances, but also in material specifications. The use of electrodes not authorized by Manufacturer implies the automatic termination of all warranties because of expected malfunction as well as potential serious damage to the MagneGas Technology. SPARE PARTS: Spare parts for anticipated two years of use will be included such as filters, seals and other minor components.
ELECTRODES. Following the Closing Date, for a period of nine (9) months (the “Electrode Supply Period”), Seller shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Xxxxx, and Purchaser or its respective Affiliates shall purchase from Seller for the Xxxxx, two thousand (2,000) metric tons of Electrodes (the “Total Quantity”) at a price of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per metric ton, to be delivered to the Xxxxx in monthly quantities that are substantially consistent with past practice on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month during the Electrode Supply Period (such date in each month, an “Electrode Delivery Date”). Seller shall invoice Purchaser in arrears on a monthly basis for the Electrodes delivered on such Electrode Delivery Date. Purchasers shall pay such invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days of the date of each such invoice, which due date Seller shall specify on each such invoice. At any time within sixty (60) days of the date hereof, Purchasers may elect, in their sole discretion, to reduce the Total Quantity under this Section 5.21 by delivering a written notice to Seller (in which case the monthly quantities delivered pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be reduced proportionately to the reduction of the Total Quantity). In the event the Electrode Supplier experiences a force majeure pursuant to the Electrode Supply Contract during the Electrode Supply Period or otherwise does not deliver the full amount of Electrodes required to be delivered to Seller pursuant to the Electrode Supply Contract, Seller’s obligation to deliver Electrodes to the Xxxxx pursuant to this Section 5.21 shall be reduced to an amount equal to the total amount of Electrodes that were to be delivered to the Xxxxx pursuant to this Section 5.21 absent such force majeure event or failure to supply, multiplied by the quotient of (a) the total amount of Electrodes that were actually delivered to Sellers under the Electrode Supply Contract, divided by (b) the total amount of electrodes that were to be delivered to Sellers under the Electrode Supply Contract absent such force majeure event or failure to supply.
ELECTRODES. The Gasifier as above specified shall be delivered with Electrodes sufficient for initial testing and operation. All additional electrodes have to be purchased from MagneGas. The use of electrodes not authorized by Manufacturer implies the automatic termination of all warranties because of expected malfunction as well as potential serious safety issues and possible damage to the MagneGas Technology. APPROVED LIQUID WASTE The Gasifier should be solely used with liquid waste approved by the company in writing. Any use of liquid waste not approved by the company will imply the termination of the warranty and may cause damage to the Gasifier as well as injury to the operators.
ELECTRODES. Seller hereby agrees to sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer hereby agrees to purchase and accept from Seller, during the term of this Agreement, [***]% of Buyer's annual requirements of electrodes and connecting pins. The electrode and connecting pin specifications are described in Exhibit A.
ELECTRODES. Mild Steel Electrodes shall comply with requirements of IS 814 – 1991 Specification for Covered Electrodes for Metal Welding of Mild Steel. High Tensile Steel Electrodes shall comply with the requirements of IS: 1442 – 1964 Specification for Covered Electrodes for the Metal Arc Welding of High Tensile Structural Steel.

Related to ELECTRODES

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Contracting Officer must receive Purchaser’s written request for a market-related contract term addition before the expiration of this contract. No more than 3 years shall be added to a contract's term by market-related contract term addition unless the following conditions are met:

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Assembly (1)(a) The Contracting Parties shall have an Assembly.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Probes Network hosts used to perform (DNS, EPP, etc.) tests (see below) that are located at various global locations.

  • Film Children shall be restricted from viewing age-restricted films classified according to the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification. Hirers should ensure that they have the appropriate copyright licences for film.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.
