Common use of Electrician Clause in Contracts

Electrician. Such employee assigned to work on a shift other than the day shift, as the case may be, shall receive a premium of 12% of his wage rate on the 2nd and 3rd shifts for every hour so worked, seven days a week (Sunday to Saturday), including statutory holidays.
