Electrical Improvements Sample Clauses

The Electrical Improvements clause defines the responsibilities and standards for any upgrades, modifications, or installations related to electrical systems within a property or project. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to perform electrical work, the required compliance with applicable codes and regulations, and the process for obtaining necessary permits or approvals. By clearly specifying these requirements, the clause ensures that all electrical improvements are performed safely, legally, and to a consistent standard, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or unsafe conditions.
