Election of BoS Members a) At least once a year, in the last quarter of each calendar year, there will be held an election for new BoS members. The EB will determine the date of the election (“Election Date”) and all Photonics 21 members will receive notice of the Election Date at least three months in advance, including the number of vacancies available. Furthermore, election of BoS members may not result in more than 30 (thirty) BoS members from the same country or less than 50% from industrial parties.
