Eisai. Eisai shall keep, and cause the Eisai Related Parties to keep, complete, true and accurate books of accounts and records for the purpose of determining the amounts payable to Arena pursuant to this Agreement. Such books and records shall be kept for such period of time required by Applicable Laws, but no less than at least five years following the end of the Calendar Quarter to which they pertain. Such records shall be subject to inspection in accordance with Section 11.8.
