EFT Billing Errors Clause Samples

The EFT Billing Errors clause addresses the procedures and responsibilities related to mistakes or discrepancies in electronic funds transfer (EFT) billing. It typically outlines the steps that parties must take if an error is discovered, such as notifying the other party, investigating the issue, and making any necessary corrections or adjustments to the billed amounts. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear process for resolving billing errors, thereby minimizing disputes and maintaining accurate financial records.
