NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.
Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.
Errors shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.
Continued Errors has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(c)(iii).
Clerical Error means a clerical error in the processing of an Order, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) a transmission error, including but not limited to, an Order sent to the wrong address or number, failure to transmit certain pages or illegible transmission, (ii) failure to transmit an Order received from one or more Existing Owners or Potential Owners (including Orders from the Broker-Dealer which were not originated by the Auction Desk) prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or generated by the Broker-Dealer’s Auction Desk for its own account prior to the Submission Deadline or (iii) a typographical error. Determining whether an error is a “Clerical Error” is within the reasonable judgment of the Broker-Dealer, provided that the Broker-Dealer has a record of the correct Order that shows it was so received or so generated prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or the Submission Deadline, as applicable.
Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
Severity 3 means the unavailability of an individual resource and automated redundancy is fulfilling demand.
Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.
Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the LHIN or the Ministry may advise from time to time. Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement. Provider Manuals are published on web-DENIS.
HCPCS means CMS' Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System, which describes products, supplies, procedures and health professional services and includes, the American Medical Associations (AMA's) Physician "Current Procedural Terminology", Fourth Edition (CPT-4) codes, alphanumeric codes, and related modifiers.
Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.
Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Disturbance Control Standard or “DCS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the time limit following a disturbance within which a balancing authority must return its Area Control Error to within a specified range.
Managed care plan means a health plan that coordinates the provision of covered health care services to a covered person through the use of a primary care provider and a network.
Workaround means a temporary modification to or change in operating procedures for the Work that: (i) circumvents or effectively mitigates the adverse effects of a Defect so that the Work complies with and performs in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Documentation; (ii) does not require substantial reconfiguration of the Work or any reloading of data; and (iii) does not otherwise impose any requirements that would impede an end user’s efficient use of the Work.
Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.
Disinfection profile means a summary of daily Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant. The procedure for developing a disinfection profile is contained in s. NR 810.34.
Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.
Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
Floodproofing means any combination of structural and nonstructural additions, changes, or adjustments to structures which reduce or eliminate flood damage to real estate or improved real property, water and sanitation facilities, structures, and their contents.
