Efficiency and Effectiveness. The Company constantly monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes involved in providing the public maritime transport service by means of service quality indicators, using all the tools provided by the management procedures and the technological supports available. The Company’s internal committee continuously evaluates efficiency and effectiveness and produces periodic reports of indicators, on the basis of which intervention strategies are outlined aimed at the excellence of the services offered, with the goal of meeting and exceeding the expectations of maritime transport users. Possible initiatives with third parties (ports, terminals, ticket offices, agencies, etc.) to improve mobility services related to maritime transport are also evaluated.
