Common use of Efficiencies Clause in Contracts

Efficiencies. 9.4.1 The Contractor shall recognise that the Commissioner is subject to annual efficiency saving targets and budget reductions. In formulating any requests for price increases in accordance with Clause 3 above, the Contractor shall apply similar efficiency savings. 9.4.2 The Contractor shall review the service provision on a continual basis to ensure that the Commissioner receives the Services in the most efficient and cost-effective way and to provide demonstrable annual savings to the Commissioner.
