Effectuating Documents and Further Transactions. The Debtors and the Reorganized Debtors shall be authorized to execute, deliver, file, or record such documents, contracts, instruments, and other agreements and take such other action as may be necessary to effectuate and further evidence the terms and conditions of the Plan, so long as such documents, contracts, instruments and other agreements are consistent with the Plan and the Restructuring Support Agreement.
