Effectuating Documents and Further Transactions. Each of the officers of each of the Debtors is (and each of the officers of each of the Reorganized Debtors shall be) authorized and directed to execute, deliver, file, or record such contracts, instruments, releases, and other agreements or documents and take such actions as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and further evidence the terms and provisions hereof, without the need for any approvals, authorizations, or consents.
