Effectiveness of Guarantee. 6.1 This guarantee is an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee, the effectiveness of the guarantee will not be affected by any of the following issues:
Effectiveness of Guarantee. The Guarantee contained in this Indenture shall not be effective until such time as the Company and the Guarantor shall deliver an Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee stating that the Guarantee contained in this Indenture is effective.
Effectiveness of Guarantee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the provisions of this Article VII shall only be effective on and after the Closing Date.

Effectiveness of Guarantee. Notwithstanding anything -------------------------- contained herein to the contrary, the Parent Guarantor shall have no obligations under this Article X until the Approval Date. On the Approval Date, the obligations of the Parent Guarantor under this Article X shall become effective and the obligations of the Subsidiary Guarantors under this Article X shall terminate. Effectiveness of Guarantee. Each Guarantor agrees that its obligations set forth in Section 3.1 shall remain in full force and effect and apply to all 2021 Notes notwithstanding any failure to endorse on each 2021 Note such notation.
Effectiveness of Guarantee. This Guarantee shall be effective as of the date first written above.
Effectiveness of Guarantee. The guarantee of a Guarantor is ineffective or is alleged by any Obligor to be ineffective, for any reason.
Effectiveness of Guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the guarantee of the Guarantors under this Section 2 shall be a guarantee of payment and not of collection or collectibility and shall apply to all Guaranteed Obligations whenever arising.
Effectiveness of Guarantee. The guarantee of a Guarantor is ineffective or is alleged by any Obligor to be ineffective, for any reason, and, in the case of the guarantee of a Guarantor (other than the Company), the Company would be in breach of Clause 19.8 (Preferred Indebtedness) if that guarantee was ineffective.
