Breach of clause. 6.6 would amount to a criminal offence under the Computer Xxxxxx Xxx 0000. The Supplier will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with those authorities inter alia by disclosing to them the identity(s) of the perpetrators.
Breach of clause. [16.1] and Clause [16.2] shall be deemed a Default of this Agreement, which is irredeemable, under Clause [21] and shall entitle the Customer to terminate this Agreement immediately pursuant to Clause [19.2].
