EFFECTIVE TERM AND DATE. The amendments made to the Contract as set out in this Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date and shall cease to have effect on the Expiry Date, or at an earlier date where specified, or earlier termination of the Contract.

  • Effective Term 1. The term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the research period of the Collaborative Research.

  • Initial Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution and, shall have an initial term of five (5) years. Following the expiration of the initial term, the Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms until such time that the Agreement is terminated by either Party upon giving the other Party six (6) months’ written notice of termination.
