Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE-DURATION-MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE-DURATION-MODIFICATION. Section 1. When executed by the parties hereto, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2019, and shall remain in full force and effect through June 30, 2022. Section 2. Any party hereto desiring termination, modification or changes in the Agreement to take effect, shall serve written notice on either party at interest sixty (60) to ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement, requesting modification.
