Common use of Effect of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effect of Prior Agreements. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes in all respects any prior or other agreement or understanding between the Company or any affiliate of the Company and Executive with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Effect of Prior Agreements. Effect of Prior Agreements.
