Common use of Effect of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effect of Prior Agreements. This Agreement shall supersede any prior agreements between Cendant, the Company, and the Executive (including but not limited to the Prior Agreement) hereof, and any such prior agreement shall be deemed terminated without any remaining obligations of either party thereunder.
