Effect of Injunctions or Other Court Orders. The parties recognize the right of the District to withdraw, at its absolute discretion, the utilization of the PLA as part of any bid specification should a Court of competent jurisdiction issue any order, or any applicable statue be enacted, which could result temporarily or permanently in delay of the bidding, awarding and/or construction of the Project. Notwithstanding such an action by the District, or such court order or statutory provision, the parties agree that the PLA shall remain in full force and effect on covered Project Work to the maximum extent legally possible.
