Effect of Certain Terminations of Employment. If Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated other than as a result of a Qualifying Termination or under Section 5(b), Executive shall only be entitled to the Accrued Obligations, which shall be paid within thirty (30) days following the employment termination date.
