Common use of Effect of Addendum Clause in Contracts

Effect of Addendum. Except as specifically outlined above, nothing in this agreement shall otherwise impact the terms and conditions of the ratified and adopted AGREEMENT. This ADDENDUM is only intended to apply a 1.5% COLA Increase, and credit this 1.5% COLA Increase against the County’s obligations, if any, under the AGREEMENT, as described herein. Neither PARTY intends that this ADDENDUM impacts, adds to, or takes away from, any other existing rights or obligations between the PARTIES.
