Educator Evaluation. The Parties agree to establish or continue with the previously established joint management labor committee to negotiate those provisions of the new educator evaluation regulations requiring negotiations for implementation is September 2012. The Parties agree to incorporate any agreements reached as a result of such negotiations into this Agreement.
