Common use of EDUCATIONAL TRUST FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATIONAL TRUST FUND. The Employer shall not contribute into the Educational Trust Fund on behalf of Journeymen. The Employer shall contribute the amount established in the respective wage schedule per hour for each hour worked by his Employees covered by the terms of this Agreement, and shall submit such contributions to the deposit account designated by the Joint Training Committee as a Trust Fund Deposit Account.
