Initial Trustees. Upon execution of this Declaration of Trust or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepts such Trusteeship and agrees to the provisions hereof, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx shall become Trustees hereof.
