Common use of EDUCATIONAL TRUST FUND Clause in Contracts

EDUCATIONAL TRUST FUND. The Employer shall contribute an amount per hour to the Sheet Metal Workers Local 296, Saskatchewan Educational Trust Fund in accordance with Part 2, Classification and Wage Scales, of Appendices A through C and forming part of this Agreement. The Employer and Union agree to participate in an Educational Trust Fund for the development of skills of Journeymen and Apprentices in the Sheet Metal Industry. The Employer and the Union shall form a joint and equal Educational Trust Fund Committee and be composed of four (4) members representing the Employers who are subject to this Agreement and four (4) members representing the Union selected by the groups they represent. Such Committee to be responsible for the joint administration of the said Trust Fund.
