Common use of Educational Thoroughness Standards Clause in Contracts

Educational Thoroughness Standards. Ref. Idaho Code § 33-5205(3)(a), 33-1612, and IDAPA 08.02.03 AHCS will achieve the Thoroughness Standards (as defined in Idaho Code § 33-1612 and IDAPA 08.02.03) through its basic curriculum, which include character education, foreign language, music, and community, school, and family service projects.
