Educational Reimbursement Program. In accordance with the County's Educational Reimbursement Program, eligible employees, including part-time employees with benefits (as defined in Section 7), may be reimbursed for career-related course work taken on the employee's own time. The minimum amount of reimbursement is $10.00 and the maximum is $850 per fiscal year; however, an employee enrolled in an approved degree program may be reimbursed up to $800 per semester for a maximum of $1600 per fiscal year and may include reimbursement for educational materials.
