Educational Fund. Par. 1 The parties to this Agreement do hereby agree to maintain an Educational Trust Fund to be administered by a Board of six (6) Trustees: Three (3) appointed by the Employer and three (3) appointed by the International Union of Elevator Constructors. The Educational Trust Fund shall be known as the “Canadian Elevator Industry Educational Program” and shall provide a program for educating and training Elevator Constructor Mechanics and Helpers.
