Common use of Educational Allowances Clause in Contracts

Educational Allowances. (a) The Employer shall pay the full cost of any course of instruction required by the Employer for an employee to be better qualified to perform the job. Employees shall be paid fifty percent (50%) of the course fee upon enrolment and the balance on completion. (b) The Employer shall pay the cost of employees attending on the Employer's behalf training programmes, conferences, seminars and work shops.
