Common use of Education Incentive Pay Clause in Contracts

Education Incentive Pay. Additional salary shall be paid to employees with education credits. To qualify for such additional salary, employees must (1) have completed the following college level semester units1 from an accredited, recognized college or university as verified by the Department of Personnel Services; and
