EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE. 22.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund in order to enable the union to educate and instruct specific members in health and safety and labour relations as it pertains to the work and welfare of the bargaining unit. Contributions will be made to the Fund in the following manner:
