Editorial Adjacency Guidelines Clause Samples
The Editorial Adjacency Guidelines clause sets rules for the placement of advertisements in relation to editorial content. It typically restricts ads from appearing next to certain types of sensitive or conflicting editorial material, such as news about tragedies or content that could negatively impact the advertiser's brand. This clause helps protect the advertiser's reputation by ensuring their ads are not associated with inappropriate or undesirable content, thereby managing brand safety and public perception.
