The Edit clause grants one or both parties the right to make changes or modifications to certain documents, materials, or content covered by the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify the scope of permissible edits, the process for submitting and approving changes, and any limitations or conditions on editing rights. Its core function is to ensure that content can be updated or corrected as needed, thereby maintaining accuracy and relevance while clarifying the parties' respective rights and responsibilities regarding modifications.

Licensor acknowledges that Licensee (TVP S.A.) according to article 18a of the Polish Broadcasting Act as a broadcaster of television Program service is obliged to ensure accessibility for visually impaired persons and hearing-impaired persons to the part of the Programs by introducing appropriate aids: audio description, subtitles for the hearing impaired and interpretations into the sign language. Due to above Licensee is entitled to produce audio description of the Licensed Program – i.e. a verbal, sound description of image and visual content of an audiovisual program, intended for visually impaired persons and interpretations into the sign language.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Publication No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data, photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art Work, resulting from performance or prepared in connection with this Contract, are to be released by Contractor and/or anyone acting under the supervision of Contractor to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or agency, without prior written approval by the County, except as necessary for the performance of the services of this Contract. All press contacts, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only after County approval.

  • Programming Processor is not responsible for programming or reprogramming of fuel dispensers.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.
