Easement Description Exhibits.  WSC and the surveyor will develop up to six easement descriptions based on the recommendations from Task 11.1 – Easement Strategy Development.  WSC and the surveyor will develop up to two easement descriptions for Phase II, includingan easement description for sewer installation across private property between Xxxx Estates Drive and Sunburst Court near the Desert Skies PS, and one for a potential alignment through private property at the Forum PS.  Surveyor will prepare exhibits to define each easement within seven parcels that can be used during Task 11.3 to estimate a fair offer and ultimately acquire the easement or property.
