The Easement Agreement Regarding Sewer and Water Facilities, Rights-of-Way, and San Diego River Access – Stage 1 (Construction Period), to be recorded in the Of icial Records against the Real Property (in Senior Priority) and the River Park Property upon the Closing, in substantially the form of Attachment 30 to this Agreement, together with any and all amendments, modifications, supplements, and/or extensions thereof.
