Common use of Early Retirement Bridging Supplement Clause in Contracts

Early Retirement Bridging Supplement. If a Participant retires on or after May 1, 1987, after attaining age 58 with 20 years of service he shall be entitled to receive a supplementary payment commencing on his early retirement date and ending on the earlier of the first day of the month following the attainment of age 65, or the first day of the month following the date of death of the Participant. The amount of such supplementary payment shall be calculated as follows:
