Early Planning Clause Samples

The Early Planning clause establishes requirements for initiating project planning activities at the outset of an agreement or project. It typically mandates that parties collaborate to develop key project documents, schedules, or strategies before substantive work begins, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timelines, and responsibilities. By formalizing the need for early coordination and documentation, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, reduces the risk of delays, and sets a clear foundation for the project's successful execution.
