Duty to Obtain Matching Funds. The Grantee agrees to provide sufficient funds or approved in-kind resources, together with the [SGIP or ATGP] Funding awarded, that will assure payment of the actual cost of each Project activity covered by this Agreement. The amount of matching funds and percentage(s) of matching funds Grantee shall provide are set forth in the Approved Project Budget. The Grantee agrees to complete all proceedings necessary to provide its share of the Project costs at or before the time the matching funds are needed for Project costs.
