Common use of Duty to Inform Landlord Clause in Contracts

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises or the Building, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give Landlord written notice thereof, together with a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action, or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, such Hazardous Substance including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Use involving the Premises. Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises (including, without limitation, through the prompting or sanitary sewer system).

Tenant shall not cause or knowingly permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises (including, without limitation, through the prompting plumbing or sanitary sewer system).

Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises (including, without limitation, through the prompting plumbing, storm, or sanitary sewer system).

If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, or under or about the Premises or of the Building, other than as previously consented to by Landlord, Tenant shall immediately give Landlord written notice thereof, together with a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action, or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, such Hazardous Substance including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Use involving the Premises. Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises (including, without limitation, through the prompting plumbing or sanitary sewer system).

If Tenant TENANT knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises PREMISES or the Building, other than as previously consented to by LandlordLANDLORD, Tenant TENANT shall immediately give Landlord LANDLORD written notice thereof, together with a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action, or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party concerning the presencepresence of, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, such Hazardous Substance including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Use involving the PremisesPREMISES. Tenant TENANT shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises PREMISES (including, without limitation, through the prompting plumbing, septic or sanitary sewer system).

Duty to Inform Landlord. If Tenant knows, or has reasonable cause to believe, that a Hazardous Substance has come to be located in, on, under or about the Premises or the BuildingBuildings, other than as previously consented to by Landlordin compliance with all Applicable Laws, Tenant shall immediately give Landlord written notice thereof, together with a copy of any statement, report, notice, registration, application, permit, business plan, license, claim, action, or proceeding given to, or received from, any governmental authority or private party concerning the presence, spill, release, discharge of, or exposure to, such Hazardous Substance including but not limited to all such documents as may be involved in any Reportable Use involving the Premises. Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be spilled or released in, on, under or about the Premises or the Development (including, without limitation, through the prompting plumbing or sanitary sewer system).
