Common use of Duty to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Duty to Cooperate. Executive agrees to fully cooperate with Company in connection with any legal or business matter relating to the services provided by Executive under this Agreement.

Duty to Cooperate. Executive agrees to fully cooperate with the Company at the Company’s expense in connection with any legal or business matter relating to the services provided by Executive under this Agreement.

Duty to Cooperate. The Executive agrees to fully cooperate and make all reasonable and lawful efforts to assist the Company in addressing any issues which may arise concerning any matter with which he was involved during his employment with the Company, including, but not limited to cooperating in any litigation arising therefrom. The Company shall reimburse the Executive at a fair and reasonable rate for services provided by the Executive to the Company in connection with any legal or business matter relating to the services provided by Executive under this Agreementprovision and for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with services provided under this provision.

Duty to Cooperate. Executive agrees to fully cooperate with Company in connection with any legal or business matter relating to the services provided by Executive under this Agreement. Compensation for such cooperation, if any, shall be mutually agreed at the time of a request for such cooperation.
