Duty of Cooperation. Each party shall cooperate in good faith with the other parties generally, and in particular will make available, as the other parties reasonably request, management decisions, liaison personnel, information, approvals and acceptances so that the other parties may properly perform their obligations under this Agreement.

To the extent the Company is prejudiced by any failure of the Insured to cooperate, the Company’s remedy shall be to reduce the Loss by the estimated extent of such prejudice.
