Duty System. The Operations Manager, or their designate, may designate certain employees to be available on the duty system during each seven (7) day period to make service calls out of regular working hours during such period. Such employees shall be paid twelve (12) hours of pay at the regular rate for being available during such period. Employees in Water & Wastewater Facilities and Traffic shall be paid fourteen (14) hours of pay at the regular rate for being available during such period. In addition, they shall be paid at their regular rates for all time actually spent on call-outs, with a minimum of two (2) hours pay for each call-out. In the event that any such call-out shall be for a period of more than two (2) hours, it shall be paid at one and one-half times (1- 1/2X) their regular rates.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities.
