DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHTS. This Order includes all related customs duty and import drawback rights (including rights developed by substitution and rights which may be acquired from Seller's suppliers) if any, which Seller can transfer to Buyer. Seller shall inform Buyer of the existence of any such rights and upon request, supply such documents as may be required to obtain such drawback.

Seller shall inform Purchaser of the existence of any customs duty rights that are transferrable from Seller to Purchaser, and upon Purchaser’s request, shall transfer such rights to Purchaser and supply any necessary documents to Purchaser required to obtain such duty drawback.

Xxxxxx agrees to inform NAMSA of the existence of any such rights and upon request to apply such documents as may be required to obtain such drawback.
DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHTS. All drawback of duties and rights thereto related to duties paid by Seller or Purchaser upon importation of the goods into any customs territory if the goods are subsequently exported from that country shall accrue to the exclusive benefit of Purchaser. Xxxxxx agrees to provide Purchaser with all documents, records and other supporting information necessary to obtain any such duty drawback, and agrees to reasonably cooperate with Purchaser to obtain such payment. C-TPAT. Seller agrees to comply with the Security Recommendations of the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection’s Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program to the extent that the C-TPAT Security Recommendations are reasonable for Seller’s operations, depending on the company’s size and structure. Each purchase order submitted to AAM includes all related customs duty and import drawback rights, if any (including rights developed by substitution and rights which may be acquired from AAM's suppliers), which AAM can transfer to GMCL. AAM agrees to inform GMCL of the existence of any such rights and upon request to supply such documents as may be required by GMCL to obtain such drawback.
DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHTS. The Purchase Order includes all related customs duty and import drawback rights, if any (including rights developed by substitution and rights which may be acquired from Contractor's suppliers), which Contractor can transfer to WPLCO. Contractor agrees to inform WPLCO of the existence of any such rights and upon request to supply such documents as may be required to obtain any drawbacks.

Buyer shall be entitled to all duty and import drawback rights related to the Goods which Seller can transfer to Buyer, including rights developed by substitution and rights which may be acquired from Seller's suppliers. Xxxxxx agrees to inform Xxxxx of the existence of any such rights and upon request to supply such documents as may be required to obtain such drawback.
DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHTS. PACCAR shall be entitled to all duty and import drawback rights related to the Products and Parts that Core can transfer to PACCAR, including rights developed by substitution and rights that may be acquired from Core’s suppliers. Core agrees to inform PACCAR of the existence of any such rights and upon request to supply such documents as may be required to obtain such drawback.
DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHTS. This agreement includes all related customs duty and import drawback rights, if any, which Seller can transfer to Buyer, including rights developed by substitution and rights which may be acquired from Seller’s supplies. Xxxxxx agrees to inform Xxxxx of the existence of any such rights and upon request shall supply such documents as may be required to obtain such drawback. F. SET-OFF. In addition to any right of set-off provided by law, all amounts due Seller shall be considered net of indebtedness of Seller to Buyer and its affiliated or related companies. Buyer shall have the right to reduce and set-off against amounts payable hereunder any indebtedness or other claim which Buyer, or its affiliated or related companies, may have against Seller, or its affiliated or related companies, under this purchase order or any other agreement between referenced parties.
